4 Day SEND Course
The 4 Day SEND Course is to develop staff knowledge and understanding of working with a range of pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Challenging Behaviour, to enable them to make progress across all areas.

ADHD
This course aims to improve educational environments through observations, environmental audits, and direct engagement with pupils. It emphasizes collaborative work with staff and caregivers, providing strategies, training (ranging from twilight sessions to full-day workshops), and a focus on addressing co-occurring needs and conditions
Attachment
This training focuses on understanding emotional needs and implementing effective strategies, including Emotion Coaching and Therapeutic Mentoring. We provide observation and support to staff, helping build and maintain relationships, along with personalized tools like individual Zones of Regulation characters, Drawing and Talking, Brick Clubs, and counselling.
Autism
We deliver training that would be tailored to the individual setting and staff knowledge. This includes specific sessions for early years, complex needs and preverbal students as well as general support for settings.

Attention Box
This approach enhances early communication and engagement skills, making learning both enjoyable and interactive. It lays the foundation for using visual support with the "Now and Next" method, focusing on shared attention, vocabulary development, initiation of interaction, two-way communication, turn-taking, and improving attention and concentration.
Brick Club
Our Play Included Brick Club program is designed to help children build essential social, emotional, communication, and fine motor skills, guided by our trained and experienced practitioners. This program runs for 12 weeks, offering consistent support across various sessions.
DCD/Dyspraxia
This course aims to support the understanding of this complex condition by providing practical strategies to reduce anxiety and build confidence in managing demands. It includes modelling strategies alongside staff, working with parents to develop supportive approaches, and assisting with creating risk reduction plans for extreme responses, often linked to Team Teach training
Drawing & Talking
This course offers therapeutic support through Drawing and Talking, sand play, and group work interventions designed to help children explore emotions and experiences in a safe, creative way. Delivered by trained practitioners, these structured sessions support emotional wellbeing and can be integrated into a planned support approach within schools.
Dyscalculia
This course offers observation and learning assessments to identify the underlying areas affecting a pupil’s ability to develop mathematical knowledge and skills. While it does not provide a diagnosis of dyscalculia, it helps pinpoint specific difficulties and informs targeted support strategies.
Dyslexia/Literacy
This course offers full literacy-based assessments and dyslexia screening, alongside general learning assessments to identify strengths and areas of need. It also provides practical strategies, training, tutoring, and modelling of tutoring sessions, using the Delphi Definition to support informed diagnostic decisions.
Emotion Coaching
We can offer training to help staff understand the principles of Emotion Coaching and develop the communication scripts needed to implement this approach within their setting. We can also work with parents to support them in using Emotion Coaching strategies at home.

Executive Functioning
We work with students, teachers, and caregivers through observation and collaboration to identify specific areas of need and develop targeted support strategies. Standardised assessments for executive functioning can also be used to help identify and evidence these needs.
Lunchtime Supervisor Training
We provide bespoke lunchtime supervisor training, combining initial sessions with action plans and follow-up support to address challenges and consolidate best practice. Ongoing observations, evaluations, and face-to-face support throughout the year help staff better understand children’s needs and develop their skills.
PDA/EDA
We offer training to help staff understand this complex condition and implement practical strategies to reduce anxiety and build confidence in managing demands. Our approach includes modelling strategies with staff, supporting parents in developing approaches, and assisting with risk reduction plans for extreme responses, often connected to Team Teach training.
